We collect personal information (such as your name, birth date, SIN, banking information, and employment information) from you when you submit an application for tenancy. Personal information will only be collected with your consent.
Use Of Information We Collect
We will use your information for several general purposes including: conducting a valid credit check to be able to approve your application for tenancy, checking employment if ever in rent arrears, and to contact you during the leasing year to provide you with any further information. We will provide your telephone number to subcontractors in order to arrange for periodic maintenance to your home. Your personal information shall not be used for any other purposes without your approval.

Your personal information may be processed by us in accordance with this privacy policy. We take all reasonable care to prevent any unauthorized access to your personal data. Personal information will not be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties without your prior consent.

Only those employees with strict authorization will have access to your information and all copies of your information will be kept in secure storage units. All personal information will be destroyed and removed from company records once the information is no longer needed.
