The goal of this renovation project was to transform the main floor of the 2-storey duplex into a contemporary living space that meets our client’s rental needs. The images showcase the old sunroom at the rear of the home, which we completely redesigned into an open-concept kitchen and convenient ensuite laundry area. A highlight of the renovation is the new energy-efficient front-load washing machine and dryer set.
