Recently we renovated a condo townhouse as an income property. We learned that Vantage Property Management came highly recommended so we signed with them to screen tenants and manage the property once renos were completed. Walter and Sarah were kind enough to meet with us during renovations and offered advice on what had to be done to meet industry standards. They also shared the names of contractors and suppliers whenever we needed a special item or service.
Our first tenant unfortunately had to sublet but Vantage helped her search for a suitable person to take over her lease and again, found an qualified new tenant for us.
We have also had excellent service from Sandra, our account manager, as well as from the other office staff. We particularly value receiving the monthly investor statement and the annual income statement which are extremely helpful for our own record-keeping. And these statements always arrive on schedule!
